Ingredients
Thick slices of melon
Slices of proscuitto ham
Dolcelatte soft blue cheese
1 teaspoon each of olive oil and lemon juice
Method
- Arrange 3 wedges of melon on a plate and the ham on top.
- Scatter crumbled blue cheese over the top.
- Combine the olive oil and lemon juice, and drizzle over the salad.
