Peach and Kinako Smoothie
The kinako (roasted soy bean flour) adds a nutty flavour as well as protein and B vitamins.
1 tbsp kinako
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp fresh mint
Put everything together in a blender with some ice cold mineral water and blend.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
